We specialize in EMDR, and offer group, individual and family therapies as well.
EMDR, which stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a specialized type of therapy that helps people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences
We primarily work with people five years old and older.
Sessions are around 50 minutes long
Any problem you may have such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues we can work together to develop goals, coping mechanisms and work to overcome these challenges.
We offer in person sessions in our office in Sebastian, Florida and telehealth appointments that can take place statewide.
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. Missed sessions make it difficult for us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for care. To keep our services fairly priced and accessible, we are unable to offer refunds once an appointment is scheduled and paid for online. Cancellations cannot be accommodated, and refunds are not available. We kindly ask for your understanding.
